What are the features of the online card portal?

The online card portal (accessible here) is the gateway from which you can manage your account. Below are the tabs available to you and the features they provide you with.

Dashboard

This is your account's overview. On this page you can:
  1. View your balance
  2. View the status of your H&R Block Advantage Prepaid Mastercard®
  3. Suspend/Un-suspend your card
  4. View your card's expiry date
  5. Monitor your acccount's transaction history
  6. Export your acccount's transaction history

Transfers

This page provides you with the option to transfer funds out of your account. There are two options available to you:
  1. Transfer to a Bank account via Interac e-Transfers®
  2. Transfer to another card that supports Visa Direct

My Profile

This page allow you to view the personal information registered on your card. On top of which you can also:
  1. Modify said personal information
  2. View your card PIN
  3. Modify your login details

About My Card

You can view a summary of important information regarding your card on this page such as what happens when your card expire, features available to your card and general decline enquiries. You can also navigate to the cardholder agreement page to access a virtual copy of your card agreement should you no longer have the original copy that came with your card.
