What happens if I would like to return something I purchased with a Prepaid card?
Each merchant has a different return and refund policy. Therefore at the merchants discretion they could credit your Prepaid card, provide you a cash refund, or a store credit. In any case, keep your Prepaid card on you when making a return. The credit could take up to 5- 7 business days to be added back into your available funds.
If you received a refund onto an expired card, we may still be able to help you get those funds. In order to do so, please create a ticket with us so that we may provide you with the assistance that you need.
