What does 'suspend card' mean?
If you notice any unauthorized activity or are unsure about any transactions on your card, and you want to protect your current balance, you can simply go to your card's online portal and click on "suspend card". This action will temporarily block your card from any future transactions.
To unblock or unsuspend your card, all you need to do is click the "suspend" button again, and your card will be ready for use as usual. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact our call center by dialing the number on the back of your card, or submit a ticket directly with us by clicking on the "Add Ticket" button.
