IVR Access Code FAQ

IVR Access Code FAQ

What is an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Access Code?

An IVR access code is a 6 digit access code required for you to access the automated IVR system. This code is in place to prevent malicious actors from gaining access to your sensitive account information via the automated IVR systems.
Alert
Malicious actors will often time "spoof" our email by sending you an email that looks almost exactly like ours. Keep in mind that our official email handle is always hrblockadvantagecard@mycardholdersupport.com
Warning
Please note cardholder support will never conduct surveys, request your IVR access code, or conduct telemarketing calls requesting for card information and personal information

How do I setup/retrieve my code?

You will be prompted to set up your code the first time you call in to the automated system by dialling the number on the back of your card. This code will then be tied to your account and you will be prompted to provide it every time you call into the IVR. You will not be able to retrieve your code from anywhere even with our help thus it is important that you note down/remember your access code.

I forgot my code. What should I do?

If you're unable to log in with your code into the IVR, you will be rerouted to our live agent who will then be able to assist you with resetting your code.
