I have an H&R Block card from the legacy program. How do I get the new one?
For cardholders who has the legacy card that was issued by DC Bank, please kindly submit a ticket with our team by going to this
page. Please make sure to select "Legacy cardholder" as your ticket request type.
Once your ticket is submitted, we will forward your request to the right department for processing.
