How do I suspend/unsuspend my H&R Block Advantage Prepaid Mastercard® using the Advantage App?

Suspending or freezing the H&R Block Advantage Prepaid Mastercard® allows you to prevent unauthorized use. You can suspend or unsuspend the H&R Block Advantage Prepaid Mastercard® at any time.

To suspend your H&R Block Advantage Prepaid Mastercard®:
  1. Tap "Freeze Card"
  2. Tap on the switch
  3. Select "OK" when asked if you want to freeze your card
  4. Your card is now suspended 
To unsuspend your H&R Block Advantage Prepaid Mastercard®:
  1. Tap "Freeze Card"
  2. Tap on the switch
  3. Select "OK" when asked if you want to unfreeze your card
  4. Your card is now unsuspended
