How do I cancel my transfer?

Please see below the steps to cancel your transfer:

via the Cardholder Portal

  1. Log in to the portal.
  2. Click on Transfers.
  3. Click on Transfer History.
  4. Locate the pending transfer and click Cancel under the Action column.
  5. Confirm the cancellation.
  6. The status will update to "Cancelled" under the Status column.

via the H&R Block Advantage App

  1. Tap on the Transfer History button.

  2. Locate the transfer you wish to cancel and tap the Cancel button.

  3. Confirm the cancellation.

  4. The transfer status will update to "Cancelled".

If you are unable to cancel your transfer, please contact our support team by submitting a ticket or emailing us at hrblockadvantagecard@mycardholdersupport.com.
