Why is it that my card doesn't work on some websites when it works for others?

If a website or merchant accepts MasterCard, technically the card should work. However, not all merchants accept prepaid cards. Some are more flexible, while others have stricter policies.

This depends on the payment system the merchant uses and the country where they are located. International merchants may have restrictions based on their country codes and currency denominations.

If you encounter issues using the card with a specific merchant, please submit a ticket to our team so we can investigate the reasons for the card being declined.

Some merchants may outright refuse to accept prepaid cards. In such cases, you may receive an error message stating that the card cannot be used. If we confirm that there are no errors on our end, it means that the merchant does not accept the card. Unfortunately, we don't have the authority to override this as merchants are afforded the right to choose the payment method that they accept.
